How to Order:
1. Reach out and send us your inquiry. Specify item codes, quantity, color, and any special requirements.
2. We will promptly send you a quotation sheet. A Proforma Invoice will be prepared and sent for your approval.
3. Upon receipt of your approval and payment or deposit, production will commence.
4. The goods will be delivered as specified in the Proforma Invoice.
Packing:
We typically use bubble wrap and cartons for packing, unless the customer has specific requirements.
Shipping:
1. For smaller orders, we offer shipping via DHL, FedEx, ***, UPS, EMS, or Post (door-to-door service). For larger orders, ocean shipment and air freight options are available.
2. In-stock products will be delivered within 2-3 days.
3. For out-of-stock products or OEM orders, the production timeline ranges from 10-30 days.
4. Typically, delivery from China to the destination country takes approximately 3-7 days. Please note that remote areas may require an additional 1-3 days.
Payment:
1. We accept Paypal, Western Union, and T/T. The MOQ is 30 pieces. Initial testing samples are available, and if a bulk order exceeding 1000 pieces is placed after successful sample testing, the sample fee will be refunded. For small orders, full payment is required; for larger orders, a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% before shipping are acceptable.
